With great natural lighting and multiple sets to choose from we are the destination studio rental for Colorado Springs and Denver photographers looking for affordable rates. Wether you want to shoot family minis, professional headshots, holiday sets or multimedia content we’ve got you covered at New Corner Studios! Studio Rental Policies & Pricing
At New Corner Studios we ant to ensure that you and you clients leave happy! We take great pride in our space and our community. Please read through our policies and pricing before booking.
Pricing

One Hour $99
-
2+ Hours $85 an hr

Full Day (9am-5pm) $400
-
Studio light rental $35 an hr

Outfit/Prop rental (to be discussed before booking)
Policies
-
One reschedule is permitted if we are given more than 48 hours notice. We charge a $35 rescheduling fee (must be scheduled within 30 days of original booking. Sets may be different on the rescheduled date)

No food or drink is allowed on any of the set ups

Children and clients may not be left unnatended

Deposits may be required to book depending on current set ups

No pets allowed

No glitter or confetti

No Drugs or Alcohol

Sets must be left how they were found

A walkthrough must be completed before leaving after your rental

There will be a $15 fee for every 10 minuted gone over on rental time
You waive liability for any injuries that occur while in the studio or around the building and will use furniture and props at your own risk.
Please note all deposits/payments for studio rentals is non refundable.
